The You Inspire team became a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council in the spring 2023, and since then actively participating, reflecting and learning from all the international events and conferences EMCC conducts both, in Europe and Cyprus particularly.
On 11 April we participated in the first Limassol event, beautiful evening of networking, meaningful connections and opportunity to cooperate with best coaches, facilitators, educators and other experts in human development from all over Cyprus.
FYI: EMCC was founded in 1992, exists to develop, promote and set the expectations of best practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe and beyond, for the benefit of society. EMCC is among the first two organizations (the other is ICF) to introduce accreditation based on competency framework, and the first organization to introduce “self & reflective practice” as part of competency.
