ABOUT US

Founder

Victoria Esaulova, founder of the You Inspire project, is a distinguished professional in the realms of international relations, humanitarian education, and global executive coaching.

Victoria’s life journey, characterized by her unwavering love and faith in people, along with her fervent desire to facilitate transformative change in their lives, has driven her to embrace her mission for this human life – to Inspire People.

Victoria hails from a family of forced migrants, after the armed inter-ethnic conflict in Uzbekistan. Following the collapse of the USSR, her family was compelled to abandon their homes, cars, and land plots, seeking refuge in Russia. With young children in tow, they were moving from city to city every 3-5 years in search of livelihood and a new home. Despite facing endless challenges, setbacks, and crises of faith and strength, Victoria’s parents remained unbroken, emerging stronger in spirit and more adaptable to the tumultuous times of 1990s in Russia.

Their resilience and determination served as a testament to the power of human intention, demonstrating the inevitability of success for Victoria.

Her faith in human potential has become unshakable

Over time, each member of Victoria’s family has ascended to a senior leadership position in a federal government agency, the Foreign Office, or in business. The family has cultivated a mindset that embraces a balance between meaningful social success and an informed, vibrant personal life.

At the age of 17, Victoria enrolled at Lobachevsky State University in Nizhny Novgorod on a budgetary basis, joining the Faculty of International Relations as she earned one of the 3 prizes in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs competition. After two years, she pursued a second higher humanitarian education at the State Linguistic University of Dobrolyubov, specializing in Journalism. Within three years, Victoria graduated, simultaneously, from both universities with high honors, holding MA International Affairs and BA Journalism.

Utilizing her dual higher education, proficiency in English and Chinese languages, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills, Victoria actively participated in approximately 15 international youth forums, conferences, and seminars across Europe and Asia over the next five years on an almost free basis as an invited delegate from Russia.

Victoria immersed herself in the experiences of youth elites in Europe, seeking a deeper understanding of ongoing international processes, both at the level of social and personal development

Victoria dedicated several years to researching political and electoral technologies, moral and ethical guidelines, issues of freedom of thought and self-expression, national ideologies of states, and geopolitics.
Upon relocating to Moscow, she decided to delve into the field of International Business, aspiring to attain financial success and unique expertise. Since then, her professional and personal development has been ceaseless, propelling her career in work for the founders, shareholders, and managing partners of international companies.

In her pursuit of broadening her horizons and gaining experience of living and working abroad,

Victoria moved to China in 2016 and fulfilled a long-time dream – embarking on an expedition to Tibet
While residing in China and journeying across Southeast Asia, Victoria encountered numerous fascinating and accomplished individuals who, despite attaining material wealth, grappled with the challenge of finding inner peace and fulfillment in their lives. Many grappled with deep inner crises, seeking solace by embarking on journeys to the Himalayas to climb the eight-thousanders.
This was the phenomenon of Everest Base Camp: individuals strived to ascend as high as possible, transcending material concerns to eventually connect with their inner selves.

Tibet led Victoria to realize the central idea of human life:

Six years prior, she worked with dollar millionaires – business owners, assisting in coordinating their professional lives worldwide. Understanding the mindset and actions of top executives, comprehending how they “live and breathe” within an environment of constant stress, high risks, and immense responsibility for decisions made, she realized she could provide professional support to them. Her goal was to help them realize their personal potential across various spheres of life while maintaining the level of social success they had already achieved. Once the mission was identified, the process of its realization began.

In 2018, Victoria was invited to work with a relocation to Cyprus. The majority of her responsibilities revolved around organizing professional training, spiritual retreats, and extreme travel for the company owner.

It was during her time in Cyprus, in her new role as a «coach and guide», that she delved even deeper into understanding the management caste – their pains, fears, dreams, and strongest desires.

Victoria’s new venture took shape in a new position as Head of a private charitable foundation, through which she began to embody pure philanthropy: assisting not only the needy segments of the population but also supporting those who organize such aid – company directors and staff – inspiring them to new achievements.

Collaborations included projects in cooperation with organizations such as Red Cross Cyprus, Hope for Children, Terra Cypria, Helping Hearts, Friendship Circle, Cradle of Hope, Limassol Municipality, Kofinou Reception & Accommodation Center for Applications for International Protection (Asylum), and many others.

In 2021, Victoria and her team launched their own media project, You Inspire, aimed at promoting coaching and philanthropy to the international community in Cyprus, Europe, and Mauritius. This project involved conducting video interviews with outstanding individuals.

After acquiring her coaching education at the US Fowler Academy and obtaining professional coaching certification, Victoria became a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). With her expanded expertise, she developed a life coaching program specifically tailored for executives, business owners, and senior managers. Concurrently, she incorporated this program into her work in corporate philanthropy and educational initiatives.

It took Victoria 16 years, numerous studies of human destinies, dozens of relocations, travels, and expeditions, engagement in spiritual practices, weathering several personal life crises, and a decade of interviewing successful and conscious individuals to realize that all these experiences formed a solid background helping her to professionally inspire people to unlock their phenomenal potential.

Founded in July 2021, You Inspire initially aimed to create a global social trend to help people live more consciously. Over time, we recognized the power of our inspiration and decided to focus on providing practical assistance with personal development while promoting philanthropic ideas in Cyprus.

Cyprus is a magnificent island with a rich culture, nature, and mentality that fosters personal fulfillment and opportunities for socially meaningful activities. Situated at the «cultural hub» of the Mediterranean, Cyprus serves as a meeting point for two continents, numerous nationalities, and religions.

In 2022, we expanded our philanthropic activities to the beautiful island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.

Since then, we have been prepared to undertake the development of initiatives with the potential to extend across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East regions.

You Inspire collaborates with both individuals and organizations to assist them in expanding and enriching their human capital and creating strategic self-positioning for the future. Our activities are structured around a range of professional coaching, humanitarian, and social services.

comprises highly experienced, qualified and certified professionals, trainers, and consultants, along with a network of expert contractors.

encompasses professional knowledge, scientific degrees, and practical experience in various fields, including international relations, sociology, psychology, ancient sciences such as Vedic knowledge and yoga, world religions, philanthropy, and business. We have collectively worked in diverse organizations, ranging from large corporations to small businesses, in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Our experience spans interactions with personnel at all levels and hierarchies, including owners, executives, boards of directors, managers, and administrative staff.

Each year, we continuously broaden and deepen our expertise by participating in specialized conferences and training programs, enabling us to stay updated with international best practices in the humanitarian field and share our knowledge effectively.

We recognize that fulfilling a global mission requires global resources. Often, these resources are not material but ideological, and we are fortunate to possess them and rely on them in our social activities.

Our main resources are inspirational individuals from around the world, ranging from Buddhist monks in Tibet to top EQ coaches from the UK. Over the past 16 years, we have successfully assembled a vast network of direct contacts with experts in the philanthropic and humanitarian fields.

We enlist their support in organizing themed corporate events, such as qi-gong training, seminars on emotional intelligence, or philosophical retreats for company employees. We also collaborate with foreign specialists when arranging Premium program for executive coaching: we curate a pool of mentors from around the globe based on the client’s interests and bring them directly to the client. For instance, we may arrange sessions on Transcendental Meditation and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, practices favored by icons like Sting and Madonna.
