So, what’s happening with us?
We’ve gone quiet.
Not because nothing is happening — but because a lot is happening.
Right now, our focus is not on visibility for the sake of visibility, but on building things properly — in multiple directions at once.
1️⃣First, our Interactive meta-skills trainings.
We’ve already introduced them, and they are fully ready for publication — waiting for their participants.
But here is what we underestimated:
delivering online training/ e-shop in the European Union is not just about content.
It’s about huge responsibility — compliance across different EU countries (and worldwide), each with its own rules for digital services, payment systems, taxation.
So instead of rushing to launch, we made a conscious decision: to build a e-shop system that is accurate, compliant and sustainable.
And this approach matters, because our work is not about information.
It’s about transformation. And transformation requires structure, not shortcuts.
2️⃣Second, our work with clients.
Right now, our most popular service is contracting and alignment coaching.
Executive teams and 1-on-1.
Why?
Because most professional challenges are not actually about skills — they are about misalignment.
Unspoken expectations.
Blurred responsibilities.
Different interpretations of “who does/owns what.”
So we work at the level where things actually break — the level of agreements.
In the simplest terms, contracting is this:
“What I expect from you — and what can you expect from me”.
But in practice, it goes much deeper.
We align values, decision-making logic, roles, conflict resolution and responsibility — so cooperation starts working not only on paper, but in reality 🤝
This is why clients come to us not just to “talk things through,” but to create clear system of agreements with everyone around: teams, contractors, partners, even other organisations.
3️⃣Third, partnerships.
We are actively building collaborations and exploring new markets —
with a strong focus on organizations that are disciplined, innovative, with systemic thinking and ready for a deep-dive, yet structured performance.
We see growing interest from academia in our meta-skills trainings 🎓
Because meta-skills are not another layer of knowledge — they are the operating system behind how people think, decide and act in complex environments.
And that’s exactly what today’s reality requires.
So yes, we’ve been quieter.
But the work behind the scenes has never been more intense — or more intentional.
