For two years in a row, the You Inspire project has participated in the European Coaching and Mentoring Council EMCC global conferences: in 2023 in the Czech Republic, and in June 2024 in the Netherlands. Each time, the experience brought incredible emotions, filled us with energy, and led to new international connections.
Most importantly, there was always a deep sense of JOY in being surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do, driven by enthusiasm and a desire to make the world a better place by inspiring and empowering others.
This year You Inspire has decided to support the mission of EMCC Cyprus and its main coaching event – the conference, which will be held on November 8 in Nicosia.
Why?
Because we believe in coaching as the most effective tool for personal development. Certainly, training sessions, consultations, group educational and corporate events, and other forms of personal and professional growth are very helpful, but coaching is the only method for deep reflection and personal practice of daily mindfulness on the path to achieving one’s goals.
Coaching is ideal for strategically-minded individuals, as they understand that investing in oneself, self-awareness skills, discipline, and ambitious, effective planning are the foundation of a strong person who is not affected by the turbulence of world conditions, international events, crises, or even personal setbacks. Coaching helps build such a mental foundation that life, with all its ups and downs, becomes genuinely interesting and, despite anything, joyful.
We want to introduce coaching to a bigger amount of people, especially in Cyprus, the country we live in and love. The You Inspire project is happy to support EMCC and its amazing initiative to organize a regional Conference with international experts invited as speakers and workshop leaders.
