Today, we officially launch the You Inspire Meta-Skills Shop — our online collection of interactive video trainings dedicated to developing meta-skills.
1️⃣ These are not random topics.
Out of hundreds of ideas, we deliberately selected only those that, through our experience, have repeatedly proved to make a meaningful difference in people’s professional and personal lives.
Emotional Intelligence. Adaptability. Contracting. Resilience. Mindfulness.
These are skills that influence how people think, make decisions, respond to challenges, work with others, and navigate both professional and personal situations.
2️⃣ What makes these trainings different is something we cared deeply about from the very beginning.
They are not simply theories collected from books.
Instead, every single training is grounded in lived human experience: our own experiences, patterns we have observed while working with leaders and teams, and countless hours spent analysing and witnessing what genuinely helps people move forward.
That experience has then been carefully structured, simplified, challenged, refined, and distilled into just 20 practical minutes.
