How is a Video Archive created?

Creating a Video Archive is a joyful and incredibly rewarding process. It allows you to delve deeper into the lives of your loved ones, preserving their history, values, insights, and guidance for generations to come.

First, we arrange a meeting with a family representative to discuss the scope, location, number of video interviews, and compile a list of family members involved in the creation of the Archive. Interviews can be conducted both offline and online, ranging from 1 to 4 hours each, and can be thematic—focusing on specific topics—or biographical.

Our professional interviewer conducts the interviews in a private, comfortable setting, typically over a cup of tea at a location of your choice. They arrive equipped with professional-grade video cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality recordings. After the recording session, we edit the footage and send it to you for approval in digital format. Any requested adjustments can be made accordingly.
Typically, it takes up to 2 weeks to finalize a single 2-hour individual video interview. For families with 4 or more participants, we offer a 10% discount on the overall package.

Throughout the entire process, we maintain strict confidentiality, and all copyrights remain with you.

Private Charitable Foundation: Creation and registration of a non-profit organization aimed at bringing people together and addressing specific social issues through regular charitable events.

The named private Foundation becomes a socially significant institution for social development, is officially recognized, and effectively collaborates with representatives of state authorities and civil society.

Stages:

Creation of the statute of the PCF with the definition of its main objectives. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the target groups of the charity—the so-called «vision of the foundation»
Defining the legal and organizational structure of the foundation: jurisdiction, composition of governing bodies—Board of Directors or Supervisory Board, treasury, etc.
Registration of the legal entity of the PCF with a parallel application for inclusion in the register of charitable organizations in the country of incorporation, followed by certification by the state authorities
Opening bank accounts for the operation of the PCF
