We’re building something the world hasn’t seen before. And it’s hard — but absolutely worth it.
We’d like to share something personal, exciting, and, frankly, one of the most ambitious things we’ve ever done.
For the past weeks, our team has been fully immersed in preparing for a groundbreaking event — our very first large-scale public gathering, in a format we invented and are calling
C R O W D C O A C H I N G .
Yes, we’re creating something that doesn’t yet exist.
Something meant to be transformational — not just another workshop or conference, but an emotionally intelligent, ethically grounded, and deeply human experience.
Something that unites people through coaching at scale — not one-on-one, not in small groups, but in crowds.
“Sky’s the limit” — and it feels now like we chose to aim higher.
So, why have we been quieter on media lately? Because what we’re building isn’t just an event — it’s a framework, a handbook, and a responsibility.
To ensure the quality and depth we believe this format deserves, we’ve been doing the hard, behind-the-scenes work:
- Aligning with international coaching standards (EMCC, ICF)
- Writing more than a dozen detailed guidelines — for coaches, speakers, contractors, team members, future facilitators
- Designing ethical codes, legal considerations, participant well-being protocols, even music and lighting plans
- Conducting professional supervisions and consultations with global experts
We never imagined how many micro-decisions would go into this. But we believe: if you’re building something meaningful, you don’t compromise on quality.
We might be perfectionists. We might be “that team” who over-prepares. But if we’re asking people to trust us with their emotional experience, we owe them integrity and intention at every level.
And honestly? It’s paying off.
This journey is not only creating a new social innovation — it’s transforming our OWN TEAM from the inside out. We’ve grown closer. More aligned. More inspired.
We now know: to build thriving workplace cultures anywhere — in Cyprus, in Europe — we must start with our own.
