“I built the room I realised I needed myself”.
A room where intelligent, accomplished people could bring the situations they were too close to fully see.
Not to be told what to do, and not to receive six more opinions. But to examine the situation from angles they would probably never reach alone.
That room became SEE WHAT OTHERS MISS — a private two-month programme about perception, judgement and decision-making when reality is complicated, information is incomplete, and the answer is not obvious.
The problem is not that you don’t know enough.
Intelligent people already know how to analyse, research, compare options and think critically.
The deeper problem is harder to notice:
You can only make a decision based on the reality you are currently able to see.
And that picture is never complete. It is shaped by your experience, assumptions, expectations, emotions, habitual patterns of thinking, environment, previous conclusions and the position from which you are looking at the situation.
The difficulty is not simply that something may be missing.
The difficulty is that you may not know what is missing.
And that creates a simple but consequential chain:
I don’t see it → I don’t question it → I don’t consider it → I don’t act on it → I live with the consequences.
This can happen in a business decision. A conflict. A relationship. A career transition. A decision you have postponed for months. Or a situation in which everything appears logical — and yet something still does not feel right.
The problem is not the decision itself. It is the picture of reality from which the decision is being made.
This is the gap SEE WHAT OTHERS MISS is designed to close.
The programme develops your capacity to notice what your current way of thinking may be leaving out: assumptions, blind spots, patterns, contradictions, alternative explanations, consequences, perspectives and connections.
The goal is to strengthen your ability to examine how you are thinking, what you are basing your conclusions on, and what may exist outside your current frame.
In other words:
From being unconsciously limited by your perspective → to being able to examine the perspective itself.
This goes beyond conventional critical thinking. It develops a metacognitive capacity: the ability to notice the boundaries of your own thinking while you are thinking.
What happens inside the programme?
For eight weeks, six people meet in one private international online room.
We work with real situations from your actual life.
Not hypothetical business cases or abstract exercises disconnected from reality.
You may bring:
- a decision you are making;
- a business or leadership situation;
- a conflict you cannot fully understand;
- a relationship dynamic;
- a professional transition;
- a recurring pattern;
- or something you are simply standing too close to fully see.
We examine these situations through structured reflection, professional coaching and the perspectives of the six people in the room.
Nobody is there to tell you what to do.
We do not need to agree. We need to help each other see more.
The eight-week journey
Each week develops a different part of your ability to examine reality, judgement and your own thinking.
We work with questions such as:
- Where is the fact — and where is my interpretation of the fact?
- What else could be true?
- What am I assuming without questioning?
- Am I reacting to what actually happened — or to the meaning I gave it?
- Am I looking at an isolated event when I should be looking at the system around it?
- Which perspective is absent from my current picture?
- What information would change my conclusion?
- What am I not considering because it does not fit my existing explanation?
- And when reality changes — how quickly can I update my internal map?
This is not a programme you simply watch.
Every week combines several layers of work:
- A focused 20-minute training to introduce the week’s thinking framework.
- A structured Reflection Worksheet to apply the framework directly to your own situation.
- A 72-hour real-life practice so that the work does not stay inside a Zoom call or notebook.
- A two-hour live group session where we work with real situations through professional coaching, structured reflection and collective perspective.
- Opening and final integration sessions to establish your starting point and bring the eight weeks together into a way of thinking you can continue using after the programme ends.
The intention is simple:
Learn something → test it against reality → apply it → examine what happened → update your thinking.
For eight weeks.
How will you know whether it is working?
You should be able to observe it in the way you approach your own situations:
- begin catching an assumption before treating it as a fact.
- notice that there are three possible explanations where previously you saw only one.
- recognise your emotional reaction without automatically building a conclusion around it.
- ask a question you would previously never have thought to ask.
- change a decision — or become much more confident in keeping it — because you have examined the situation from a wider frame.
The programme is designed to increase your capacity to notice what your current way of thinking leaves out.
That capacity can then be applied to decision after decision long after the programme ends.
Why only six people?
Because the small group is part of the methodology.
This is not a course designed for hundreds of passive participants.
With six people, there is enough diversity of experience and perspective to challenge one person’s frame — while remaining small enough for depth, trust and meaningful attention to every participant.
Over eight weeks, the group begins to understand how each person thinks.
Patterns become visible.
Questions become sharper.
Conversations become deeper.
And perspectives from different lives, professions, cultures and ways of thinking create something that is extremely difficult to reproduce alone.
You are not paying for access to more information.
You are entering a room deliberately designed to help you see beyond the limits of your own information.
That is why there are only six places.
Why now?
Because we are entering an environment in which access to information is becoming easier while judgement is becoming more important.
AI can generate answers, alternatives, arguments and information in seconds. But more information does not automatically produce a more accurate picture of reality.
You still have to decide:
- What is fact?
- What is interpretation?
- What assumption is hiding underneath this conclusion?
- What matters?
- What is missing?
- What should I question?
- And ultimately:
- What do I do?
The ability to examine the quality and limits of your own thinking is becoming increasingly valuable precisely because information itself is no longer scarce.
And there is another reason.
You already have decisions in your life that will affect what happens next.
Eight weeks will pass anyway.
The question is whether you enter December thinking from exactly the same frame — or having spent two months deliberately expanding your ability to examine it.
Why with Victoria Esaulova?
This programme is not built around Victoria giving six people her answers. It is built around her ability to create and professionally facilitate the conditions in which people can reach better questions, wider perspectives and their own conclusions.
Victoria Esaulova is the Founder of You Inspire, a Board & C-Suite Contracting & Alignment Coach and Meta-Skills Trainer whose work focuses on human judgement, thinking, coaching, leadership and the quality of conversations behind important decisions.
Her role inside SEE WHAT OTHERS MISS is not to become the smartest person in the room, but to protect the quality of the room.
- To challenge assumptions without imposing conclusions.
- To notice what is being avoided.
- To ask the question underneath the obvious question.
- To connect patterns.
- To slow down thinking where it has become automatic.
- And to make sure that six different perspectives create clarity rather than simply six different opinions.
Who is this programme for?
SEE WHAT OTHERS MISS is for accomplished, reflective people who are already capable of thinking for themselves — and understand precisely that one person’s perspective will always have limits.
It is particularly relevant if you are making consequential decisions, leading people or organisations, navigating transition, carrying significant responsibility, or simply want to understand yourself and reality with greater precision.
It is probably not the right programme if you are looking for someone to give you ready-made answers, a passive online course, motivational content, or another collection of theories to consume.
This is a working room.
You will be expected to think.
To question.
To contribute.
To listen.
To examine your own conclusions.
And sometimes to discover that the most important thing you were missing was something you had never thought to question.
Six people. Eight weeks. One private room.
